Tidal Introduces MQA Streaming

Tidal, the music streaming service, is now providing MQA streaming with its new Tidal Masters service.   Check the post "MQA (Master Quality Authenticated): An Insight" to learn more about MQA.

Tidal Masters initially offers some 199 current and classic albums, including titles from the extensive Warner Music Group catalog.  Tidal claims to have over 30,000 MQA tracks and the Tidal Masters selection should expand well beyond this initial offering.

MQA (Master Quality Authenticated): An Insight

Meridian Audio Ltd. launched MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) in December 2014.  Since then it has attracted considerable interest in the audio community.  In January 2016 at CES several products were promoted as MQA Ready.
